How much does the work cost?
Starter websites begin at $300. Straightforward business setup support begins at $300 plus government fees. Technical reviews are $50–$75 per hour. Automation is quoted after I understand the workflow and third-party usage costs.
Do you require a retainer or long contract?
No. Fixed-scope projects use a written quote and agreed payment schedule. Starter websites include the first year of support; there is no required care plan after that. Hourly help is billed for the time used. Third-party services may have their own subscriptions.
Who actually does the work?
Kirill Talanov does the planning, build, testing, and handoff. If a specialist is needed, that is discussed before anybody else touches the project.
What do I own when the project is finished?
Your domain, hosting account, business accounts, content, and project code stay under your control. Any third-party licences or platform restrictions are identified before the work starts.
What comes with a $300 starter website?
A focused landing page or small site, responsive layout, one standard domain for the first year, branded email or forwarding setup, contact and click-to-call actions, basic analytics and search metadata, hosting and SSL setup, and a handoff. An optional local or toll-free number can be configured; carrier and usage charges are separate. The first year includes support with 24/7 fault reporting. That is not an instant-response promise or unlimited redesign work.
Do you offer discounts?
Yes. Reduced rates are available for individuals, first-time entrepreneurs, non-profits, and community organisations. The discount depends on the scope and budget; I would rather remove work you do not need than hide the difference in a monthly fee.
Can you help if I do not know what I need?
Yes. Send the problem, current setup, budget range, and deadline if there is one. I will help separate the useful first step from the nice-to-have list.
Do you provide legal or tax advice with business setup?
No. I can help with standard filing support and the technical pieces around a launch. Share structures, liability, shareholder agreements, and tax planning need a lawyer or accountant.
Can you build an AI phone receptionist?
I can scope and configure call routing, intake, transcription, summaries, and escalation rules. Pricing depends on call volume, number type, model usage, integrations, and the fallback you need. Those costs are shown before work begins.
Do you work outside Toronto?
Yes. Igloo is based in Toronto and works remotely across Canada. The King Street address is a mailing address, not a walk-in shop.
